Did anyone see the Today Show today? There was a story about Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. It is very touching. I wish when William was born I had known about these people. I found out about them when it was too late. I support them all the way! I think the work they do is awesome and I hope that more people are aware that they exist. Please take a look at the video, it was too large to load so you'll have to follow the link.

I had a mom friend email me about it today. I haven't watched the episode yet, but I plan to when I return. Thanks for the link!
well. I'm supposed to be paying bills, and now I'm sobbing. I wish wish wish I had known about these people. Turns out there are a multitude in my area! I have half a mind to take the list to my OB at the next visit, and send the list to children's. Thanks for this.
Firstly I wanted to thank you for your comment and encouragment! Thanks.
I went to your other Blog, and ended up sobbing my heart out. I am so sorry for your suffering.

I watched it online. Nothing like a good cry. I think my hospital offered me this, and we were so horrified at the time, that we said no. Now I wish we had let them do it.
I couldn't, for some reason get the link (my weird computer?!). But, I googled and found their website. Beautiful pictures! We actually had an organization that came in to take pics of us with Salvatore and I treasure those pictures.
I think the whole photo thing is SO important! I love it when mums feel they can share their photos. As sad as they are I could look at all the beautiful bubs for hours. We took hundreds of photos in the 2 days Zak was alive and Im so so so happy we did. I even carry some in my handbag and have been known to show total strangers in the street! (Ok so thats a little weird I know lol)
I watched the story and have added it to my blog as well as a link to yours. (Hope you don't mind) i did have a big ugly cry and felt sick for the poor couple but so happy they were able to get beautiful photos.

Amy,
We had a photographer from NILMDTS when Joseph was born. I cannot say enough good things about them or the photographers who donate their time and resources. It is surprising how many hospitals are unaware of them.
